بعون من الله وتوفيقه، وبعد جهد كبير بذلته هيئة التحرير، تكاملت الاستعدادات الصدار العدد صفر من مجلة يقين للدراسات القانونية وهي مجلة علمية محكمة نصف سنوية تصدر من كلية القانون في جامعة دهوك وتعنى بنشر البحوث والدراسات العلمية الرصينة في مجال القانون، وبهذه المناسبة تدعو هيئة التحرير الباحثين واعضاء الهيئات التدريسية الى نشر افكارهم النيرة عبر صفحات المجلة، كما ترحب المجلة بالمقترحات كلها التي من شانها المساهمة في تحقيق رسالة المجلة وغاياتها المتمثلة في تدعيم البحث العلمي وتاصيله.وفي الختام فاننا على يقين من ان صدور العدد صفر وما يليه من اعداد مجلتنا سيكون من ضمن اوعية المعلومات المهمة التي تسعى الى انتاج المعرفة وتقديمها وفق اصول البحث العلمي الذي يتسم بالاصالة العلمية والاسهام الفعال في حقل المعرفة الإنسانية مع مواكبة التطورات في حقل القانون ...
