All articles in Yaqeen Journal for Legal Studies are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

What the License Permits

  • Reading and Downloading: Free and immediate access to all articles without registration
  • Copying and Distribution: Copying and publishing content in any medium or format
  • Adaptation and Derivation: Remixing, transforming, and building upon the content
  • Commercial Use: Using the content for commercial purposes
  • Translation: Translating articles into other languages

Required Conditions
