Copyright Retention
Authors retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over their works published in Yaqeen Journal for Legal Studies. The journal does not transfer copyright from authors to itself.
Licensing
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which grants users the following rights:
- Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

Author Rights
Authors are entitled to:

Author Responsibilities
Authors bear full responsibility for:

Self-Archiving
The journal encourages authors to deposit copies of their published articles in institutional and subject repositories, with a reference to the original publication in Yaqeen Journal.
